There are many factors, which affect the loyalty of employees to the organization. Wage and fringe benefits, career opportunities, personal development, bonus, working environment, managers and colleagues, social activities….

Preferences of employees may change and the evaluation of such factors one by one is not sufficient most of the time. Therefore we are conducting works at Loras Holding in order to promote loyalty of employees, which are unique for the corporation, by creative ideas and loyalty programs.
